
Symetri continue to strengthen its UK operations with the acquisition of Majenta`s Autodesk division
05/04/2019 – Symetri part of Addnode Group, Europe’s leading provider of software and services for design and engineering activities, announced today that they have acquired the activities of Majenta`s Autodesk division with an annual net sale of approximately SEK 40 million.

The acquisition of Majenta`s Autodesk division is in line with Symetri's strategy to be an international market-leading provider of software and services for design and engineering activities. Majenta is a partner to Autodesk and a UK leading provider of software, training and consultancy services mainly to the manufacturing and automotive industry. The team that will join Symetri will bring a long experience in supplying software and services to a highly specialised automotive industry sector.
